Description

I did this one as a commission for SeekHim (seekhim.deviantart.com/).
It's the Recreation room of her ship, set in the Abramsverse of Star Trek named USS Saratoga. Seekhim has written a story (A New Start, www.fanfiction.net/s/10360290/…) in which Captain Kirk leaves the Enterprise and accepts command of another vessel.
Her story is a continuation of ST2009: This Is The End, written by Neferit (neferit.deviantart.com/art/ST2…).
The ship, its bridge, corridor, captain's ready room, briefing room, captain's quarters, NCO's quarters, officier's quarters, enlisted crewmembers quarters, family quarters, quarters for married couples, mess hall, sickbay, brig, stellar cartography bay, arboretum and other interior drawings you can see here:

I absolutely love the designs you made for all the internal parts of the ship, from the bridge to the crew quarters. It makes the ship feel extremely 'real,' like something you can see people living in. This is probably my favourite on that level, it's a room that's not entirely practical, but demonstrates how Starfleet would know, even in a relatively small ship like the Saratoga that's sent on important and life-threatening missions, people just want to sit around and have fun sometimes.

You've done a great job capturing how a ship like this would look and feel :D
